Wonder Hero Press (“we,” “us”) makes personalized children's books at wonderheropress.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
When you create a book, we collect:
If you sign up for a free personalized mini-story or subscribe to our parenting emails, we store your email and (if given) your child's first name and the theme you're interested in, so we can send you relevant content.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
We use a small number of trusted service providers, each only for the purpose named:
None of these providers are permitted to use your child's information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Wonder Hero Press is a site for parents and guardians, not for children to use directly. Any information about a child is entered by the parent or guardian creating the book — we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the site.
We currently don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses only the minimum functional storage needed for the ordering flow to work (for example, temporarily remembering your in-progress form).
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle support requests, and meet our own legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@wonderheropress.com. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that stops future emails immediately.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
